1. The lottery will take place beginning April
26th at 9am.
All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
Tickets are (3 for $5 or 20 for $10 or 100 for $20)
Ticket Purchase Procedures
Online: Purchases can be made online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at https://www.BRH5050.ca with a credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Visa Debit) purchase.
Onsite: Subject to Provincial and Local COVID-19 restrictions, tickets will be available for purchase Monday to Friday 9am to 4 pm in the Front Office and at special events held throughout the building at the Brentwood Recovery Home 2335 Dougall Ave. Windsor Ontario N8X 1S9. In person sales (if available): Tickets may be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Cash. Note: In-person purchasers will receive a physical, paper ticket, which must be retained by the purchaser and presented as proof in the case of one of the numbers being drawn for a prize.
All tickets numbers are produced by random number generation.
Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all
raffle numbers sold for the draw for that day.
Tickets will be sold beginning at 9:00am on April 26, 2021 and ending at 11:59pm on May 27, 2021.
All tickets purchased between 9:00am April 26, 2021 and at or before 11:59pm May 6, 2021 will be entered into the early bird prize draw #1.
All tickets purchased between 9:00am April 26, 2021 and at or before 11:59pm May 20, 2021 will be entered into the early bird prize draw #2.
All tickets purchased between April 26, 2021 at or after 9:00am and May 27, 2021. at or before 11:59pm, will be entered into the jackpot draw. It is possible for the same number to win both an early bird prize and the grand prize.
Early bird draw #1 will take place Friday May 7, 2021 at 10:00am. Prize $1,000
Early bird draw #2 will take place Friday May 21, 2021 at 10:00am. Prize $1,000
The grand prize draw will take place on Friday May 28, 2021 , 2021 at 10:00am.
After buying, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered
numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are

The Winning Number for the Early Bird Draw #1 will be announced Friday May 7, 2021 at approximately 10:00am.
The Winning Number for the Early Bird Draw #2 will be announced Friday May 21, 2021 at approximately 10:00am.

If the patron with the winning number on their ticket is at the event (Subject to Provincial and Local COVID-19 restrictions) where the number has been generated, they may then come to the stage in the Father Paul Charbonneau Building or;
If the winner is not in attendance at the event, or does not wish to claim their prize
immediately, they may claim their prize by contacting the Brentwood Recovery Home at
519-255-1002 or email at BRH5050@brentwoodrecovery.com
The ticket may then be brought to the Brentwood Recovery Home 2335 Dougall Ave at an agreed upon
time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid by cheque for the amount posted at
the event for which they bought their ticket. Or; the winner may make arrangements to bring the
winning ticket to any remaining event at the Brentwood Recovery Home 2335 Dougall Ave for
verification and payment by cheque. On-line tickets may also be verified by BRH 50/50 using the record of the original purchase transaction. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no
copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw
their ticket was purchase for.
The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for
our report sheet.
Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be
given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is $500.00 for the Early Bird Draw, and
for the Grand Prize Jackpot, either $5,000.00 or minimum 50% of the total sales for that draw
whichever is greater. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be
held until such identification can be provided.
At subsequent events, the number will be posted at each selling station.
In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box
and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity
other than Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home with the approval of the Alcohol
and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
Must be located in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Brentwood Recovery Home
50/50 Raffle (Pursuant to AGCO Regulations): Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity
House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners, LLP including
their immediate families living at the same residence.
